Pilates for Rehabilitation

Pilates is a series of controlled movement exercises designed to improve flexibility, develop endurance, build strength and improve mobility.   It is a full-body exercise system that is a very effective form of rehabilitation and beneficial for anyone at any age or fitness level.  At Complete Body Wellness Studio, private sessions are given by a Pilates Comprehensively trained Physical Therapist.  Exercises can be modified, customized or even created to ensure all patient’s health challenges, restrictions, tolerance level and goals are taken in to consideration.   The patient will enjoy a positive movement experience, feel empowered, and begin to realize they can move their body in ways they never felt was safe for them in the past or even possible to accomplish.
