TRX Suspension Training is an exercise system, developed by a Navy Seal, focusing on core stability while developing strength, balance, flexibility, joint stability and mobility all at the same time. Ones own body weight is used for resistance and the exercises can be modified to any fitness level.
At Complete Body Wellness Studio, TRX Suspension Training is integrated into Physical Therapy treatments to teach the client body alignment and proper technique to ensure safe exercising. Each session is individualized and customized for optimal results.
TRX can also be used for higher-level strength and conditioning to assist the client in further progressing after Physical Therapy or for the client that is looking for general conditioning in a controlled setting.
Sessions are offered as individual classes or as a duet class.
