In addition to traditional physical therapy integrating both therapeutic modalities and manual techniques, such as massage and joint mobilization, she utilizes a variety of Pilates equipment to treat her patients. Her goal is to teach her patients body awareness, good body mechanics and postural alignment empowering them to remain injury free and pain free throughout their lives.
She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), Orthopedic Section, the Physical Therapy Association of Georgia (PTAG), and Neuro-Developmental Treatment Association (NDTA).
When she is not working, she enjoys reading, boating, kayaking, hiking and hanging out with her husband and Pekingese puppy.
